Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the swing tag still attached, so please try on for size before you remove the swing tag. If you would like to exchange your goods, please see below contact information to arrange an exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
As a business, we are committed to providing you with quality products, and we work very hard to continually improve our products. If you receive a defective product please let us know, and we will always refund or replace your product if this occurs. Please ensure this occurs within the 30 day period as referred to above.
