Step one: purchase your membership online

  1. On our website, go to SHOP > Buy Now or just click here!
  2. On completion of your purchase a “Sale Confirmation” email will be sent to the email address you provided with your purchase.
  3. You will need the “Receipt ID”  in the above email to complete the membership form below.

Step two: complete the application form below

Your membership is not complete and cannot be used in any of our parks until the form below is completed and submitted
(Please check your junk mail and call us if you do not receive the “Sale Confirmation” email)

Once we receive your form we will activate your membership. Once we have activated it you’ll be able to use it straight away and your card will be delivered to your favourite park for collection in about 5 working days.

JUMP.membership card application

  • Look for your 6 digit Sale ID number on the Sale Confirmation email you received when purchasing your membership
  • This is the photo that will appear on your JUMP membership photo ID. A membership cannot be issued without a photo.
  • This name will appear on the membership card
  • This is the email address you used when you purchased your membership
  • Your membership will be valid at all JUMP parks, this park is the park you visit most often and where you will collect your membership card

JUMP.membership conditions

  • JUMP.membership photo ID Card must be presented on arrival or full session fee will be payable
  • JUMP.memberships can be used at any JUMP location
  • Valid for general admission only (e.g. not for JUMP.mini, JUMP.ninja, JUMP.fit, JUMP.bootcamp, Lights Out or any other admission)
  • Valid for use by the one person named on the card only. You cannot give away sessions to other people.
  • JUMP socks are not included
  • Your JUMP.membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Not valid after expiry date
  • Bookings are essential, please reserve your space online by using the membership Promo Code you will receive from JUMP
  • Your JUMP.membership is non-refundable and non-transferable, you cannot give your card to someone else
  • We reserve the right to cancel your JUMP.membership effective immediately.
