We are excited to announce the most cost effective way to JUMP yet! JUMP.membership is a great way to give the kids (or adults) unlimited fun at your favourite JUMP location. We offer a low monthly membership price, no upfront fees and exclusive ongoing discounts and offers. Joining is easy, just register below to get the ball rolling.

JUMP.membership benefits include:

  • 20 JUMP sessions for only $99 per month during our advertised opening hours (subject to availability).
  • These JUMP sessions can be used for general JUMP time as well as JUMP.mini, JUMP.ninja (at North Shore only), Sensory SessionsJUMP.fit and JUMP.bootcamp (early registrations essential)
  • One low monthly membership price.
  • Ongoing access to discounts and member offers.

  • We require a photo of the person who will hold the membership.

JUMP.membership Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I have a choice how long I can join for? There is no minimum term for a JUMP.membership, but we do require 7 days’ notice to cancel your membership. If this notice is not given then the monthly payment will still be deducted as normal. Please write to us at [email protected] to cancel your membership.
  • Can my brother, friend, mother or anyone else use my membership? Unfortunately not, your JUMP.membership pass can only be used for one person, we reserve the right to cancel your membership effective immediately should this be abused.
  • Can I use it at different JUMP locations or only one location? Presently JUMP.membership can only be used at one park and not shared across our locations. We hope to change this in the near future and will advise when this changes.
  • How do I book my session? Once your membership is all organised, you will receive a promo code and instructions of how to book your session online.
  • Can I put my membership on hold? Yes, if you provide 7 days’ notice, we are able to put your membership on hold. Please write to us at [email protected] to cancel or pause your membership.
  • Do I have to book my session in advance? As with a normal session we do recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out on your JUMP session if we are at capacity.

  • Membership privileges are available only on presentation of a current membership number.
  • Bookings are essential, please reserve your space online by using your membership code.
  • Includes JUMP.mini, JUMP.ninja (at North Shore only), Sensory SessionsJUMP.fit and JUMP.bootcamp
  • Excludes JUMP.performance, Lights Out, Dodgeball tournaments.
  • The JUMP.membership price of $99 per month is for all ages.
  • If you come more than 20 sessions per month, regular admission prices will apply.

  • BYO JUMP socks or you may purchase these for $2.

  • Your membership pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot give away sessions to other people to use. Only you can use the membership. We reserve the right to cancel your membership effective immediately should this be abused.
  • You must advise JUMP of any changes to your details which are relevant to your membership via email, please write to us at [email protected].
  • You agree to pay all membership fees as set out in this agreement.
  • If the payment declines/not enough money in the account for the payment to be deducted, then the membership is terminated effective immediately.
  • Due to Health and Safety regulations we have a strict policy against bringing any outside food and drink onto the premises besides water.
