JUMP.fit allows an enjoyable exercise experience in a non-threating, easy going and accessible environment that caters for most levels of fitness and age groups. It provides you with a low impact workout which decreases risk of joint injuries, improves lymphatic function and balance and coordination. JUMP.fit is a interval training focused workout which improves muscle density/fibre quailty and simply takes less time to see results. This is all backed up by the latest scientific studies, which confirm that exercising in shorter bursts with rest periods in between burns more fat than exercising continuously for an entire session.

Did You Know! A study carried out by NASA found that 10 minutes bouncing on a trampoline is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running!

What is JUMP.fit?

JUMP.fit allows you to work out harder and recover faster. The low-impact antigravity cardio workout is easier on your joints because your body isn’t getting as beat up as it would doing impact exercises on the ground.

Looking for a way to burn fat while having fun? JUMP.fit involves interval training that raises the heart rate. Exercise in disguise! the best way to burn fat and tone up while enjoying the benefits of exercise on a trampoline. Let your instructor push you to your limits or guide you through our fun alternative to exercise. You will work on cardio and body strength.

What to bring

Your JUMP socks (if you don’t have any you can purchase a pair for $2 on your arrival), a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a sweat towel.
