Exercise in disguise! the best way to burn fat and tone up while enjoying the benefits of exercise on a trampoline. Let your instructor push you to your limits or guide you through our fun alternative to exercise. You will work on cardio and body strength.
JUMP.fit is a low-impact workout catering for most levels of fitness and age groups which is easier on your joints, improves lymphatic function and balance and coordination. Improves muscle density/fibre quailty and simply takes less time to see results.
This is all backed up by the latest scientific studies, which confirm that exercising in shorter bursts with rest periods in between burns more fat than exercising continuously for an entire session.

What is JUMP.fit?

What to bring
Your JUMP socks (if you don’t have any you can purchase a pair for $2 on your arrival), a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a sweat towel.
