mums & bubs classes

Our new – mums and bubs fitness classes give you the chance to work out in a convenient, effective and fun way while our court monitors keep your little ones safe, entertained and distracted.

Our group fitness classes cater for all fitness levels, from the absolute beginner, to those who have already started a fitness program.  Multiple levels within one class, so how hard you work is up to you!

Children under 5 years of age are welcome to come along to all the classes, because our parks are huge your children have their own area to play while still being within view of mum.

Come transform your body while your children play and make new friends.

What is allows you to work out harder and recover faster. The low-impact antigravity cardio workout is easier on your joints because your body isn’t getting as beat up as it would doing impact exercises on the ground.

  • 45 minute sessions for only $15 (B.Y.O JUMP socks or just $2 on arrival)

What to bring

Your JUMP socks (if you don’t have any you can purchase a pair for $2 on your arrival), a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a sweat towel. Schedule

These classes are currently only running at JUMP North Shore and Avondale but will be increased depending on demand. If you would like for us to bring these classes to JUMP Hamilton and East Tamaki, please complete the form at the very bottom of the page.
